Wow, what a beautiful day up here, went to level 9 today its a killer seems to be the perfect pace for me at least right now. Added another ten pounds this week to all my weights. Anyway, things are going good. proably won't work out five days this week either but i know it up front which is good... life happens. Wendesday is ash day, thursday Alita comes in, so will have to be creative with the time on the weekend.

Nice work, Ralph. Yes, let's keep these beautiful days going! It's a great set up for the lent season and what sounds like a fun family filled weekend. Sara and I were able to do a good run at the AIDS memorial grove and then a yoga class. Yoga continues to release toxins that I didn't even realize where there. Now my work week starts which is always a challenge to keep things going. It will happen this week! Btw, great job on the website. so, you and Auntie Juanit work well together, huh. Do another site, you can get yourself even more than a washer.
ReplyDeleteGREAT DAY! Took a long walk from my house to grams after work yesterday (maybe 2.5 miles).~OH, SOOO BEAUTIFUL~. Hoping to do this at least a couple of times a week as long as the weather holds out.
